Thank you for shopping with us. Please review our Shipping Policy below to understand how and when your order will be delivered.

1. Shipping Locations

We currently ship to all governorates in Egypt.

If your location is not available at checkout, please contact us for assistance.

2. Order Processing Time

-Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after order confirmation/payment.

-During peak seasons or promotional periods, processing times may be slightly longer.

Business days do not include weekends or public holidays.

3. Delivery Time

Once your order has been processed, the estimated delivery times are:

Cairo / Giza / Alex.: 2–5 business days

Other governorates : 4–7 business days

South Sinai except border areas:7-14 days

Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on the shipping carrier, destination, or unforeseen circumstances.

4. Shipping Fees

Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on location, weight, and/or shipping method.

5. Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you may receive an Email, confirming the order details. One of our agents will contact you to confirm the order and coordinate the delivery details.

You can also contact us anytime with your order number to check your order status.

6. Shipping Address Accuracy

Please ensure that your shipping details are correct and complete, including:

Full name and phone number

Detailed address (street, building, apartment, landmark)

We are not responsible for delays or failed deliveries caused by incorrect or incomplete address information.

7. Failed Delivery or Uncollected Orders

If delivery fails due to:

-Customer not answering calls/messages

-Customer not available at the delivery address

-Refusal to receive the order without a product-related reason

The order may be returned to us, and additional shipping fees may apply for re-delivery.

Exchange & Refunds

-Wanderlustkids. will not accept returns or refund requests If the item isn't in its original package condition provided proof of purchase

-Wanderlustkids only replace or refund  items if they are wrong order، defective or damaged from our side. If you need to exchange it for the same item or have a full refund, send us an email at wanderlustkidseg@gmail.com within 48 hours of receiving your package proof of purchase and pictures for items should be attached to your email.

-If Please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order and we'll do our best to make the process smooth.

For Governorates outside (Cairo,Giza) A 20% Deposit Will be requested to confirm your Order.

Our Representative will contact you to confirm your order and take you through all of the needed steps of confirmation.
